GO APPLE PICKING AND THEN BAKE TOGETHER
Go to a local apple orchard and spend the day picking apples; have a fall picnic outside. Do all of the other activities your apple orchard has to offer. And then, the best part: Go home and make something with those apples! Apple pie, apple crisp, apple strudel, baked apples, apple cider, caramel apples…YUM.
VISIT A PUMPKIN PATCH TO CELEBRATE FALL
Nothing says fall like pumpkin. Going out as a family and spending time looking for the perfect pumpkins brings fall to the next level of awesome. And what can you do with those pumpkins?
- Carve the pumpkins and toast pumpkin seeds.
