The Snip-its in Pearland, TX has an immediate job opening for a Salon Manager / Stylist who is passionate about working with children, managing a talented team, and is seeking to create a fun, supportive environment for our hair care professionals. At Snip-its, Hair Salon Managers enjoy working with a variety of adorable children, delivering magic through memorable first haircut experiences, and managing a fun and highly skilled salon staff.

WHAT SALON MANAGERS GET:
- Very competitive starting per hour base pay based on experience

HAIR SALON MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- A current TX cosmetology license
- A commitment to working some weekend days each month
- An enthusiastic, patient, and outgoing personality

- Ability to effectively attract, hire, train, and manage salon staff
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- A willingness to proactively recommend and sell products and add-ons
- A dedication to learning the latest trends in children’s hair care
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage customer expectations, and maintain a positive salon staff environment
