Hair Salon Manager Job Rockaway, NJ
- Pay between $30 – $45 / hour after tips based on experience
- First year bonus of up to $2000 (please inquire)

Hair Salon Manager Job Requirements
- A current NJ cosmetology license
- Prior salon management experience
- A commitment to working some weekend days during the month
- An enthusiastic, patient and outgoing personality
- A love of children and desire to make these little ones (and parents) feel special
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- A willingness to proactively recommend and sell products and add-on services
- A dedication to learning the latest trends in children’s hair care
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well in a team environment
- You should have excellent team building and people management skills
- Assist with helping the salon thrive by assisting with recruiting and hiring tasks as needed
- Understand the economics of running a successful and profitable salon and help leverage this knowledge to reach our quarterly goals
