Our fully equipped salons cater to families with children and provide a fun, safe, and exciting hair cutting and styling experience for boys and girls ages 6 months to 12 years old. At Snip-its, Hair Salon Managers enjoy working with a variety of adorable children, delivering magic through memorable first haircut experiences, applying the latest cut and style trends, and managing a fun and highly skilled salon staff.
HAIR SALON MANAGER JOB MILLBURY, MA
- Starting pay up to $29 / hour based on experience
- Tips averaging $1400 / month
- 30+ hours per week
- Eligibility to receive a sign-on bonus up to $500

SALON MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
- A current MA cosmetology license
- A commitment to working some weekend days
- An enthusiastic, patient, and friendly personality
- A love of children and desire to make these little ones (and parents) feel special
- Ability to effectively hire, train, coach, and manage salon staff
- Ensure salon is running at peak efficiency by managing staff and customer flow
- Must demonstrate professional verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- A willingness to proactively recommend and sell products and add-ons
- A dedication to learning the latest trends in children’s hair care
- Effectively work in a fast-paced environment, manage customer expectations, and maintain a positive salon staff environment
- Authorization to work in the United States
